Each puzzle PDF below has the puzzle and word list on the front page and the solution on the back. Each word containing kanji is followed by its pronunciation in the word list. The words can be arranged in the eight directions, as shown in the figure, in the puzzles. The blanks are filled with random Japanese characters. All of the Japanese words in the word list are in the puzzle.

Print out the puzzle or import it into a graphics program, like GIMP or Inkscape, that reads PDF files. Enjoy!
